The ICCN coordinator of Political Analysis division Konstantine Otkhmezuri was in Switzerland at Geneva Center for Security Policy (GCSP) in January-March 2009. He completed two courses of "European Training Course in Security Policy (ETC), European Security in A Global Context" and "Certificate of Advanced Studies in European Security (CAS)".
Among other activities, Konstantine was able to participate in high level meetings followed by discussions at NATO Headquarters of Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) at Mons, Belgium; the French Ministry of foreign Affairs, the French Ministry of Defence, the French Senate, the European Union Institute for Security Studies all located in Paris; the Council of the European Union, the European Parliament, the Royal High Institute for Defence in Brussels.
