Series of trainings were conducted within the EED Program for IDPs and returnees from Gori region and buffer zones, also Tbilisi compact centers. For the first year several stages process were planed: Conflict Resolution I Stage Training, ToT in Conflict Resolution, Training for Youth Leaders in Communication and Conflict Management, Advanced Training for Youth Leaders in Learedship and Team Work.
Preparatory work for the IDP women training in Gori and Tbilisi – "Training in Crises Prevention and Management" was started on August 2010. Needs assessment, identification of appropriate materials, creation of original training design and agenda, preparation of Handouts for the 2 days training was done by the September 2010.
